From chocolate cake to tofu, and everything in between, the food you eat affects how you think, feel, look, and weigh. The requirements of an average diet are extremely complex and concise, but the good news is that by following two simple rules, you can easily start shedding weight, keep it off, and enjoy every meal. In addition to the appetite suppressants in the Amfedrine™ diet pill, these simple rules will help you get rid of unwanted pounds even faster.
Rule # 1: Variety
Variety is the key to making sure you are getting all the different kinds of nutrients you need, and thankfully, it’s very easy to get the hang of! All you have to do is have a basic understanding of the different types of food that are out there, and make sure you aren’t skipping on any of them. It’s easy to tell them apart and once you start thinking about the food you’re eating it will become second nature.
Here’s how you do it:
When you are eating a meal, try to divide all the food on your plate into one of five different food groups: Meat, carbs, fruit, vegetables, or dairy. Keep track of how many times that day you eat from each group. It may be a good idea to jot it down on a notepad or journal until you get the hang of it, but after a while, you won’t even notice you’re doing it. Each meal, try to have something from one or two different groups than you had the meal before. By mixing up the groups you are choosing, you are giving your body a chance to get all of the different nutrients it needs.
Rule # 2: Moderation
Sometimes it’s not possible to eat from every group every day, and everyone has days where they just can’t do it all. With every meal, especially when you’re loading up on one of the five, remember that moderation is king! Your body has a natural ability to process even the fattiest of foods without much consequence in small portions, so have an extra carb one day, or snack on your favorite dessert after dinner. Just make sure that you don’t overindulge on any one of the five groups, or you risk depriving your body its ability to slim down.
