This quick and easy appetizer is a great low-calorie addition to almost any meal. It especially compliments any main course with meat.
Ingredients:
In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, ginger, and pineapple juice with a whisk or a fork. Place the mushroom caps in a glass dish and pour the marinade over them mushrooms. Place in a refrigerator for about one hour, turning them halfway through.
Remove the grilling surface and prepare a hot grill. Once the grill is hot, spray the grilling surface with an oil spray away from the grill, and return the grilling surface to the grill.
Place the mushroom caps on the grill and grill for 5 minutes, turning and basting them often.
Once the mushrooms are tender, remove them from the grill and serve immediately.
